What are the standard overdraft practices
that come with my account?
We may authorize and pay overdrafts for the following types of transactions, up
to the pre-established limit:

Due to new Federal Banking Regulations, beginning on August 12, 2010, we
will not be able to pay
overdrafts for the following types of transactions unless you ask us to by
choosing to opt in:

You need to take action by “opting in” for us to also cover these types
of transactions with an overdraft fee.
If you do not opt in your ATM or one-time debit card transactions will be
declined.
(Customers with Cashline are not
required to opt in)
